The consultation gives us the opportunity to discuss your teen’s challenges, understand what might be contributing to their struggle and explore the best approach to help them.

During this session, I’ll provide tailored advice and practical strategies you can use right away.

The consultation is designed to give you clarity on your next steps, whether or not you choose to continue with further support.

This is a paid session, but if you decide to book a Calmer Teens Programme, the consultation fee will be deducted from the programme price.

Using a calm, practical, and supportive approach, she helps young people feel safer, more confident, and better able to manage overwhelming emotions.

Sessions are tailored to each young person and designed to feel engaging, supportive, and pressure-free.
